At Animefy.pk, we aim to deliver your favorite anime fits quickly and make sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 working days across Pakistan
  • International Shipping: Available (charges vary by location)
  • Tracking:
    Tracking details will be shared via email & WhatsApp.
    You can also request your tracking by sending your order name or order number on any of our social media platforms.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If there’s an issue, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

📌 Return Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
  • A Rs. 290 deduction will be applied to the total refund
  • Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available (e.g., for size issues)
  • Our rider will deliver the new item and collect the old one
  • Processing fee: Rs. 290

📝 Return/Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us to start the process
  2. Share your order number and reason
  3. Provide a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the product condition
  4. Ship the item back within 7 days (if applicable)
